Our data scientist, Katherine, graduated with an Economics degree from the University of Iowa with a heavy focus in math and computer science. She has spent the past seven years mastering Excel and Visual Basic and obtaining a MicroMasters degree in Data Science from the University of California San Diego x edX. She specializes in automation, machine learning, geocoding, data collection/cleaning/reporting, and more.

Katherine spent a few years working for a company that specialized in location data services and polygon development and utilization. There, she obtained knowledge and experience regarding data collection, POI identification, movement tracking, mapping, and developing, updating, and maintaining the back-end of SQL databases .

Both Katherine and our actuary, Ryan, have served on learning and development teams throughout their careers. Ryan has served as a Learning & Development champion and has developed and implemented learning materials and educational tools. Katherine has served as a project head on numerous engineering projects and has a passion for creating and sharing learning tools. 

Not only will we create the reports of your dreams, but we will also train you and your team to use and maintain them. We also offer the delivery of scheduled reports on a weekly, biweekly, monthly, etcetera basis should you want to skip the hiring process and outsource your reporting maintenance and improvement to us!
